Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to address quality issues.

Regulatory Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality certifications (e.g., ISO standards).

Business Functions:
Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management, finance, and customer service principles.
Ability to collaborate across departments to enhance quality processes.

Data Analysis:
Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, statistical software) to monitor quality metrics.
Ability to interpret data trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Process Improvement:
Experience in methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean to optimize processes and reduce waste

Training and Development:
Skills in developing and delivering training programs for staff on quality standards and practices

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication for reporting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
