Quotation Preparation:
Prepare detailed quotations for home inspection services based on the company's pricing structure and the specific needs of each client

Engineering Report Preparation:
Write comprehensive engineering reports based on the findings of the home inspections.

This includes documenting the condition of the property, noting any defects or potential issues, and providing recommendations for repairs or improvements.

Client Communication:
Communicate with clients to understand their needs, explain the findings of the inspections, and answer any questions they may have

Collaboration:
Work closely with the home inspectors and other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of all tasks

Requirements:

Education:
A degree in engineering, construction, QS or a related field. Fresh graduate welcome to apply.

Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role, or in the home inspection, construction, or engineering industries can be beneficial

Skills:

Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in using software for report writing and quotation preparation.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
A customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
