The CNC Lead role involves overseeing CNC machine operations in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include supervising CNC operators, ensuring production schedules are met, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Lead and guide a team of CNC operators
• Programming: Develop and review CNC programs
• Setup: Assist in setting up CNC machines
• Troubleshooting: Identify and address machine issues
• Quality Control: Monitor part quality
• Maintenance: Coordinate machine maintenance
• Training: Provide operational training
• Documentation: Maintain production records
• Process Improvement: Identify optimization opportunities
• Safety: Enforce safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC machine experience in manufacturing
• Proficiency in CNC programming and setup
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail
• Leadership qualities
• Knowledge of safety regulations
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
• Additional technical training in CNC machining is preferred
