As a DevOps Intern at Moving Walls, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced DevOps team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This internship is designed to provide exposure to various aspects of DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Development and Operations teams:

Work closely with software developers and system administrators to understand project requirements and contribute to the implementation of efficient and reliable deployment pipelines.

Contribute to the automation of manual processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and reliability in software delivery.

3. Configuration Management:

Gain hands-on experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, or Chef) to maintain and update infrastructure.

Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.

5. Monitoring and Logging:

Learn to implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions to ensure the health and performance of applications and infrastructure.

Gain exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and assist in the deployment and management of applications in cloud environments.

7. Documentation:

Document processes, procedures, and configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in DevOps and apply that knowledge to enhance our processes.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Basic understanding of software development and system administration concepts.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Duration and Compensation:

This is a 6-month internship position.

Compensation and benefits will be provided.
