About the Role

Orient new customers to the AIA family to enhance customer loyalty.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Introduce new customers to AIA and familiarize them with the purchased product and available facilities.
  • Cultivate customers' trust and loyalty towards AIA products to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Emphasize the main differentiators and key advantages of the products.
  • Exceed minimum service level and performance targets as established by management.
  • Provide accurate information and efficient service to customers.
  • Conduct surveys to gather customer feedback and suggestions for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to address feedback gaps, when applicable.
  • Regularly report the results of welcome calls feedback and gap resolution to all business lines.
  • Promptly address customers' inquiries or complaints.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2 years of demonstrated experience in the same field.
  • Proficient in Mandarin.
  • Knowledge of Cantonese is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer care.
  • Strong integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Friendly, patient, and pleasant demeanor.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and listening abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
