Head of O2C

About Our Client

Our client is a reputable organisation and due to expansion plans they are currently seeking a Head of O2C to be responsible for managing end-to-end activities of OTC including Billing, Credit Control, Cash Application and Customer Experience.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will perform a range of duties and responsibilities. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Managing end-to-end activities of OTC including Billing, Credit Control, Cash Application and Customer Experience
• Establish, lead, monitor and enhancing the performance and efficiency of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) function through SLAs and KPIs
• Project and finance initiative management, ensuring successful implementation within defined timeframes and budget
• Act as the main focal point for transitioning OTC processes and managing transformation programs, including planning, training, knowledge transfer, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation preparation, and issue resolution
• Lead, coach, motivate, develop and appraise the OTC Team. Key personnel to ensure all initiatives are met (hiring, performance appraisal, development and communication)

The Successful Applicant

• Experience working with virtual and/or matrix teams
• Experience working with cross-cultural teams
• Change leader with the capacity and desire to lead in an ever-changing environment
• Any ERP accounting and related experience
• Proven track record with continuous improvement process
• Experience with finance transition projects
