  • Conduct product photography, upload products, and handle administrative duties.
  • Edit content and develop sales campaigns to enhance platform performance.
  • Collaborate with social media platform providers for online promotions and content strategies.
  • Drive sales growth and revenue through the company's online channels.
  • Plan and execute competitions to boost sales and interaction.
  • Analyze monthly trade performance to optimize strategies.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and alignment with marketing budgets.
  • Provide online sales commission options and annual target incentives.
  • Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and maintain excellent CRM for brand loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, independent, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Skilled in creating engaging social media content.
  • Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, or related field.
  • Intermediate creative drawing skills.
  • Innovative design mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of Photo/Video editing.
