The company is looking for a Senior Manager who is well-versed in the industrial segment and has good connections with potential JV partners, buyers, or tenants for industrial properties (data centers, logistics, industrial parks, etc.).
about the job
Understand market demand, perform market research, and develop a feasible leasing plan for industrial properties (vacant land & completed buildings)Perform feasibility studies to enhance the profitability of industrial propertiesPlan, lease, and market industrial land/properties to align with current market trendsLead the industrial business unit and seek potential joint venture partners, investors, buyers, and tenants for industrial properties.Develop rapport with agents, stakeholders, business partners, etcConceptualize and develop strategies to increase the occupancy (acquisition) of industrial properties and/or landOversee the negotiation and execution of lease agreements and other contracts, ensuring adherence to legal standardsLiaise with lawyers to draft standard tenancy agreements that include landlord and tenant provisions, industrial SOPs, and organizational policiesPrepare reports and follow up on the status of negotiations with business partnersDevelop budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense controls to optimize financial performance skills and experience required Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent8-10 years of experience with a proven track record and active involvement in the industrial business development of data centers, logistics, or industrial parksDriven, ambitious and aggressive character Strong communication skills and leadership qualities culture and benefits Your future employer is financially strong and growing rapidly in recent years with a strong portfolio of completed, ongoing and future projects secured.
