Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing first-line technical support to employees, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Performing routine maintenance and updates on computers, printers, software applications, and other IT equipment.
  • Identifying, researching, and resolving complex technical problems to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Assisting in maintaining and troubleshooting network and connectivity issues, including wired and wireless networks.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
  • Managing and tracking IT assets, including inventory, procurement, and disposal of equipment.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred).
  • Proven experience in providing IT support.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking, security, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is compulsory as candidate needs to communicate with Mandarin speaking employees.
