Malaysia Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM) Full time

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, drive and manage bulk individual membership recruitment initiatives/projects with relevant member-based organizations locally and internationally, including reciprocal membership with strategic partners to meet recruitment KPIs.
  2. Product owner for Aspiring Directors Immersion Programme (ADIP) and Mentoring Programme, covering all aspects of a business plan, driving awareness and sign-up.
  3. Upsell value-added services to support members' directorship pathway better with ADIP, Leadership Coaching, Corporate Membership, public programmes etc.
  4. Drive retention efforts to meet renewal KPI.
  5. Review and enhance value-creation efforts, including planning the members' engagement activities and events, identifying the right partners, and working with internal stakeholders to deliver members' events or any other services or privileges that may benefit members.
  6. Monitor members' feedback, analyze members' and prospective members' data to draw insights for actionable plans, highlight risk, make recommendations, and provide timely reporting.
  7. Regularly review customer service process, email blast database, internal workflow, and ICDM Portal and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Oversee communication content & and standards to individual members for all channels and related SOP for clear processes and expectations.
  9. Supervise, coach, and motivate subordinates in the set organizational direction and recommend developmental needs to excel beyond.
  10. Lead and support any ad hoc projects and tasks when required.

Required Attributes, Skills and Experience:

  1. A Bachelor's degree, Professional certification or equivalent to work experience.
  2. Good command of Microsoft Office and tech-savvy.
  3. Independent, confident, and tactful in interacting with senior-level corporate figures.
  4. Outgoing, energetic, self-motivated, genuine and enjoy socializing.
  5. A strategic thinker, and a problem solver, has a strong customer service and analytical mindset and has a keen eye for details.
  6. Has a broad understanding of corporate governance, particularly board governance and directorship.
  7. Candidates with professional membership work experience will be an added advantage.
