JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the accounting department's daily operations, encompassing financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, Profit & Loss variance analysis, Balance Sheet reconciliations, and yearly group accounts consolidation.
  • Good understanding of Malaysian Tax regulations.
  • Manage cashflow and treasury functions.
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits and income tax submission with external auditors and tax agents.
  • Liaise with company secretary, maintain proper filing of annual returns and secretarial related documents according to Companies Act Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Finance / Accountancy
  • At least 3 Year(s)of working experience in the related field
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Ms Excel, Ms Power Point and Ms Words)
  • Knowledge on Accounting System with Xero Accounting Software, Autocount will be an advantage
  • Selfmotivated, detail oriented and able to meet tight reporting deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is an added advantage)
