We will provide you the foundational training and development with supervision of our business leaders and mentors, where suitable.E-Commerce & CRM Management of eCommerce and social media platforms, e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, Instagram etc.
in a timely mannerManagement of orders and online inventory management (stock count & price)Preparation of product photos, videos and contentsOptimization of e-store operations including content assortment, pricing, Live chat, rating and reviews.
Sales & Retail DevelopmentAbility to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needsEnsuring high levels of customer satisfaction to provide excellent sales serviceTo develop new sales opportunities and event locationBuilding brand awarenessAssisting and learning on retail operations Product & ProcurementEnsure up-to-date products knowledge and perform market intelligence to achieve company's business plans and marketing strategiesTo generate ideas for improvement and sustainability of new and current productsTo perform quality check on existing and new products to ensure product quality at its bestTo assist customer service in customer enquiry, feedback, and complaintsTo track stock inventory and restock goods when neededWe are offering an opportunity for you to be part of Beacon Mart Group of Companies, which aims to develop and guide you with the necessary skills and experiences.
Beacon Mart is inviting all dedicated and responsible individuals to fill the position of Management Trainee who will focus on key areas like sales (e-commerce, customer relationship management, marketing & event management), product knowledge and procurement, retail outlets & operations.
We will provide the foundational training and development with rotation of each department with the supervision of business leaders and mentors, where suitable.
What we are looking for:
Fresh graduates or candidate with minimal job experience. Experience hire are invited to submit your resume.
Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills:
Mandarin & EnglishAdventurous, driven, a creative problem solver with an open mindAble to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressureAble & willingness for multi-taskingDream driven and entrepreneurship, able to work directly with top management with drive in view of start-up business requirement.
