Retail Assistants (Retail & Consumer Products)Responsible for answering & screening telephone calls, messaging & email. Expedite customer complaints and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved. Undertake specific assignments, ad-hoc jobs, and related duties as required. Perform administrative functions including daily and monthly reports.
