Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, MY.
As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process and ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding payment inquiries
- Assist with monthend closing activities related to accounts payable
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Assist with adhoc projects and tasks as neededRequirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- People management and critical thinking skillsBenefits:
