Marketing Assistant - Southeast Asia Marketing Assistant - Southeast Asia

Join our dynamic Southeast Asia Marketing Team as a Marketing Assistant and contribute to the development of new initiatives while supporting existing programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the maintenance of internal tools, including marketing databases, trackers, contact directory, and other relevant platforms.
  • Compile media clippings and work with the agency to monitor, track, and update team and stakeholders; analyze overall marketing performance based on collated data.
  • Coordinate the production of the internal quarterly newsletter.
  • Assist with event management as needed.
  • SOURCE and maintain the marketing inventory and vendor liaison.
  • Assist with digital marketing initiatives, such as management of social media and agency, tracking and analysis of social media performances, and email marketing.
About the Role

This role is part of the Southeast Asia Marketing Team and reports directly to the SEA Marketing Director. You will work closely with the SEA Partner Group as well as BCG's regional and global Marketing teams.

Requirements
  • Data collection and management skills, with the ability to organize information for dissemination to the Partner group and other stakeholders.
  • Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to focus on several deliverables at once and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and present information.
  • Clarity, tact, professionalism, and maturity in both verbal and written communication.
  • Organizational and project management skills, combined with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Proactive, resilient, eager to learn, and a can-do attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail, accurate, and thorough.
  • Bilingual fluency or business-level proficiency in English required.
