Overview:
As a Junior Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and completion of various engineering projects within our organization. Reporting to the Senior Project Engineer, you will contribute to the successful delivery of projects by providing technical support, assisting in project coordination, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. Responsibilities:

Project Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects from conception to completion.
Technical Assistance: Provide technical support to project teams by conducting research, analyzing data, and assisting in problem-solving activities.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, progress reports, and technical specifications.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to relevant regulations and industry best practices.
Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, contractors, and clients, to facilitate effective communication and project coordination.
Resource Management: Assist in the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities and meet project objectives.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and work proactively to mitigate them.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and other applicable laws and regulations.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Training and Development: Engage in ongoing learning and development activities to expand
technical skills and knowledge in engineering principles and practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of engineering principles and concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
Prior internship or work experience in engineering or project management is a plus.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards is desirable.
