Ensure timely and efficient preventive and breakdown maintenance for all equipment and facilities across the manufacturing plants.
Monitor the sub-switch boards in both plants to ensure compliance with TNB limits and government regulations.
Oversee maintenance activities for factory machinery, premises, and ancillary facilities, including wastewater treatment plants and surrounding areas.
Service and upkeep all machinery and equipment to maintain optimal operational conditions.

Implement the plant's preventive maintenance plan as directed by the Head of Department (HOD).Supervise a team of maintenance technicians across both plants.

Document all machinery breakdown incidents and their causes in the Machinery Breakdown Report.
Carry out any additional tasks assigned by immediate superiors.

Adhere to safety measures and protocols outlined in the OHSAS documented Work Instruction and SOP as per the company manual.

Act as a member of the Safety and Fire Fighting Team in case of any emergencies within the factory premises.

Follow SOPs and work instructions diligently during daily tasks, ensuring compliance with Safe Quality Management Systems endorsed by the Company.

Perform any other relevant duties as instructed by Management.
