Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for overseeing various equipment operations including TOWA PMC2023/PMC 1040D Compress Mold, TOWA YPS2060 Transfer Mold, Micromlex X-Ray machine, VisionSemicon Plasma machine, Sonic T-Scan machine, and Autoveyor Magazine Cleaner.Address equipment-related quality incidents and lead Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Actively troubleshoot and repair critical equipment failures.Participate in new equipment installations, inspections, and qualifications.Ensure the quality of Preventive Maintenance conducted by the Sustaining team.Manage equipment documentation updates and releases (Work Instructions, FMEA, Checklist, HIRADC, EAI, Troubleshooting Guide).Contribute to equipment quality and process audits.Drive and execute Improvement Projects aligned with organizational objectives.Maintain the Spare Part Inventory in the Warehouse.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

Hold a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic fields.Possess 3+ years of equipment engineering experience within the manufacturing sector.Demonstrate proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with numbers, data analysis tools, and conduct presentations to large audiences.Familiarity with methodologies like DMAIC, 5 Why, Cause & Effect, FTA Analysis.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Knowledge of computer systems and networks.Ability to work autonomously and exhibit strong interpersonal skills.Prior experience with TOWA PMC2023/PMC 1040D Compress Mold, TOWA YPS2060 Transfer Mold, Micromlex X-Ray machine, VisionSemicon Plasma machine, Sonic T-Scan machine, and Autoveyor Magazine Cleaner.Experience in Molding, Plasma, and X-Ray operations.

SKILLS

Proficiency in Troubleshooting Flow (Electrical & Mechanical).Understanding of Electrical and Electronic Components.Competence in operating Windows OS, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
