The Role

  • Manage various tasks like receiving, sorting, verifying, bar coding, and scanning AP documents for processing
  • Handle invoice processing, prepare check runs, wire transfers, and ACH transactions
  • Conduct reconciliations, prepare reports, and manage supplier relations
  • Address queries, participate in audits, and support process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy in AP activities and external queries

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills in English & Vietnamese
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or transactional accounting
  • Familiarity with SAP, MS Office, Google Suites, and proficiency in business communication in Vietnamese
  • Preferably, experience in shared services or business process outsourcing
