If you are looking to grow in an exciting career filled with opportunities and potential, we are seeking a professional to join our team as Associate - Product Management. This role is to support the development of new products or enhancement of existing products that support Group Insurance Channel's product delivery strategy and to support the policy printing implementation for Agency and Bancassurance Channels.

The Role:
  • To support the delivery of new product development or product modification initiatives from concept development to actual implementation and product launch.
  • To assist in the coordination with internal departments to ensure all materials are ready for product launch.
  • To perform Bahasa Malaysia translations for policy documents and marketing materials.
  • To assist in preparing policy printing requirements and testing for Bahasa Malaysia policy contract documents.
  • To perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Bahasa Malaysia policy printing.
  • To assist in market research on competitors' products, market trend and to conduct competitive analysis.
  • To provide product enquiry support - internal and external.
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments
The Person:
  • Tertiary qualification, preferably with degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Actuarial Science/Marketing/Business Administration. Qualification in Bahasa Malaysia translation would be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply.
  • Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English languages.
  • Team player with good people management skills and the ability to adapt to diverse people and situations, manage conflict, and proactively resolve issues
  • Good analytical skills and creative problem solving skill
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
