JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

To sustain and improve process yield through day-to-day process yield monitoring.
To ensure process compliance to regulatory standards and customer's requirements.
To study, identify and eliminate root causes of failure and to improve the quality of the product.
Apply problem-solving tools to identify root causes and resolve equipment and process issues.
To conduct process and operation studies to minimize risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and consistency of final products.
To define effective manufacturing methods and processes considering efficiency, productivity, ergonomic, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate NPI activities of equipment/line setup, buyoff & qualification.
Coordinate qualification/validation for product/process according to defined standards/requirements in engineering documents.
Ownership and maintain all process engineering's documents up to date.
Support/lead Kaizen project for continuous improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Electronics in (Electrical/Electronics) Engineering, (Mechanical) Engineering, (Industrial) Engineering, (Mechatronic/ Electromechanical) Engineering, Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
  2. Proven work experience in process engineering.
  3. Excellent technical skills for assembly, conformal coating, potting & electronics industries backend process.
  4. Strong analytical skill, systematic problem-solving approach skill & statistical knowledge.
  5. Project management, New Product Introduction & process sustaining.
  6. Excellent technical skills.
  7. Knowledge of process-related standards.
  8. Experience in process simulations.
  9. Experience with Lean Manufacturing.
  10. Working knowledge of process engineering software packages.
  11. Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
  12. Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills.
