Manager, RHRS&RIR Job Title: Manager, RHRS&RIR

CIMB Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, RHRS&RIR to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our Regional HR Systems unit strategies, goals, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide application support in HR payroll module and payroll-related issues.
  • Support line manager in the delivery of Regional HR Systems unit strategies, goals, and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain HR system and provide reporting tools to help in decision making.
  • Translate business needs into clear system requirements and drive implementation.
  • Provide support for HRIS, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results, or process flaws.
  • Ensure all HRIS flows (modules) are running smoothly and troubleshoot any error functionally and technically.
  • Support and work with the HRIS team to prepare and support complex reports or queries.
  • Collaborate with IT department and vendor to coordinate application troubleshooting, patches, or fixes.
  • Provide system technical advice and support to HR heads to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of data and departmental security at all times.
  • Ensure all operations are in compliance with Group, local, and regional regulations.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of HR systems and reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
