Senior Investment Analyst

This is a pivotal role within the firm, focusing on Malaysian companies with two primary objectives:

1. Raising growth capital from high net worth investors, institutions, and capital markets. Engaging in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), either through acquiring or selling companies.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling pitch decks.
• Aid clients in developing decks to attract investments and facilitate M&As.
• Conduct market research specific to the client's industry.
• Assist in the development of financial models.
• Manage assigned deals independently with minimal supervision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential investors.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for fundraising and M&A activities.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance is a plus.
• Familiarity with Bursa Malaysia's basic listing requirements is highly beneficial.

Work Arrangement:

• The position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with office presence.
