  • Provide or compile analysis on key industry trends, competitor insights, benchmarking, and other indicators.
  • Prepare management reports and ad hoc reports for the CEO's office (e.g., quarterly dialogues, Board presentations, Townhall presentations, business plans, etc.).
  • Take minutes during management meetings.
Job Specification:
  • Degree in any discipline with a strong understanding of finance, accounting, actuarial science, or corporate strategy.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Exposure to coding and proficiency in analytical tools is advantageous.
  • Over 5 years of experience in data analytics, corporate strategy, business consulting, or project and change management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (Tableau, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong people management skills and emotional intelligence, especially in dealing with senior staff.
  • Project management skills.
