Responsible for the mechanical engineering coordinator & preparation of drawings and technical documentation required for the execution of a project including pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, semiconductor, chemical & petrol-chemical and other Industrial processing areas including but not limited to:

  1. Review and analysis of regulatory requirements.
  2. Basis of Design / General Mechanical Drawings.
  3. Utility Equipment Arrangement / Calculations & Technical specifications.
  4. HVAC duct & piping, Plumbing & Utilities drawings.
  5. Review and Developing the Detailed Mechanical Engineering.
  6. Bill of Materials Take off.
  7. Coordination and management of process equipment vendors.
  8. Technical clarification with vendor and/or sub-contractor.
  9. Review shop drawings and execute TBE of vendor or sub-contractor.
  10. Ensuring design work interfaces well with that of other disciplines.
  11. Ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards and procedures.
  12. Coordinate, oversee and supervise the Site Construction Work and liaison with site general contractor.
  13. Responsible for all Mechanical engineering activities for the Basic Design and Detailed Design for an Advanced Manufacturing Facility.
  14. Responsible for ensuring the technical & quality compliance of all mechanical documents and drawings.
  15. Responsible to coordinate efforts with other disciplines, Client, and third parties involved in the project.
  16. For Mechanical discipline, review engineering deliverables and checks of drawings, requisitions, and specifications for agreement with project standards and specifications and for technical safety, operability, and maintainability.
  17. Prepares DCNs and manages all changes within Mechanical discipline.
  18. Responsible for applying standards, procedures and other methods as required to maintain and enforce the required levels of technical quality.
