Get to know the role:

The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Bjak's business objectives. This role will involve leading a team of marketing professionals, managing budgets, and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels. The Vice President of Marketing will play a critical role in building brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring marketing initiatives contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Continuously monitor and adapt the plan to market dynamics.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, setting performance goals, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Lead efforts to strengthen and promote the company's brand, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated optimally to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, optimize strategies, and provide regular reports to the executive team.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive product adoption and growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with overall company strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a track record of driving successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to set and achieve ambitious marketing goals.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of trends and consumer behavior.
