  • To perform general office administration works.
  • To handle and liaise with tenant.
  • To handle of filing, keep rental record and assuring accurate documents filing
  • To prepare invoice & official receipt to tenant
  • To monitor the utilities bills, quit rent and assessment for all properties.
  • To record minutes of meeting, discussion notes and share and email to all
Perform any other duties & responsibility which the company may assign from time to timeJob Requirements:

  • Possess at least Certificate / Diploma in Administration / Business Administration or any related field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related fields.
  • Experience in Property Development will be advantaged
  • Able to operate in MS Office & SQL Accounting
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
