Conceptualize and design engaging escape games, innovative video games and interactive experiences that leverage high-tech hardware and technology.
Develop detailed game scripts, outlining the flow of gameplay, puzzle progression, and story beats.
Design and prototype puzzle mechanisms, ensuring that they are challenging yet intuitive for players to solve.

Collaborate with artists, set designers, and prop builders to bring your vision to life, creating immersive environments and interactive props.

Playtest and iterate on game designs, gathering feedback from players and making adjustments to enhance the overall experience.
Create detailed game design documents and prototypes to communicate your vision and iterate on gameplay concepts.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure that game designs are practical to implement within the constraints of our physical locations.

Train game masters and staff on the intricacies of each game, providing guidance on storytelling, puzzle flow, and player interaction.


Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in game design, with a focus on high-tech interactive experiences such as VR, AR, or interactive installations.
Strong understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and player psychology.
Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engaging gameplay experiences.
Creative problem-solving abilities, with a knack for designing innovative and challenging puzzles.
Proficiency in game design software and tools, such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or Twine.
Creative problem-solving abilities, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of interactive entertainment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to embrace new technologies and explore unconventional gameplay concepts.
