Responsibilities:

  • Issue invoices for Inter-company, End User, and Franchise
  • Handle Credit Notes for Inter-company, End User, and Franchise
  • Track, review, approve, and issue invoices
  • Monitor purchasing and pricing in the system
  • Work collaboratively with various departments
  • Control stock at Outlets and Warehouses
  • Ensure regular and timely inventory counts
  • Develop procedures to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Instruct on returning defective goods
  • File claims for defective inventory
  • Monitor Stop Stock for bad debts or overdue customers
  • Work well under pressure

Requirements:

  • SPM qualification or equivalent
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to speak and read Mandarin
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, training provided
  • Willingness to work in Nusajaya, Johor, Malaysia
