Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.Experience: 5 to 8+ years in data center integration or turnkey solutions, with familiarity in data center bidding processes, related standards, design principles, project management, and integration system testing.Technical Sales Experience: 5+ years in technical sales involving Thermal Solutions, UPS, Switchgear, and software technologies such as DCIM, EMS, cloud/SaaS, AI, edge computing, analytics software packages, or surveillance security.Additional Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with BMS, DCIM, SCADA, and EMS applications is advantageous.Certifications: Professional certifications like ATD (Accredited Tier Designer by UPTIME Institute) or CDCP (Certified Data Centre Professional) are preferred.Customer Focus: This role requires strong customer-facing skills, with a focus on meeting and exceeding technical system and solution demands.
