HR Cum Admin Executive

Develop in-house training modules for plan wide related to work.
Establish yearly training plan and arrangement for internal as well as external training. Liaison with HRDF training re-imbursement.
Identify training needs of employees and execution and ensuring the effectiveness of training.
Conduct and monitor training evaluation to ensure training effectiveness.
Develop and consistently review, evaluate the job competency by conducting competency gap analysis.
Review and maintain record of employees' job descriptions.
Involve in recruitment exercise. Develop and consistently review skills test for recruitment.
Establish, maintain and update personnel files and to ensure confidentially of all records.
Maintain a proper record for attendance, leave and medical. Analyze the attendance trend.
Responsible for handling employees' grievances and welfare.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested from time to time.
Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
