We are currently looking for a AM/Senior Executive - Research and Development for a leading player in the Food Manufacturing industry with a legacy of more than 80 years in Malaysia. This position requires your urgent attention.

Reporting to: Head of TechnicalManage 1 headcountBased in Kuala Lumpur the role Project Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing R&D projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Product Development: Lead the development of new products from concept to commercialization, including formulation, testing, and optimization.Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of R&D staff, providing guidance and support to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Quality Assurance: Ensure all new product developments comply with food safety regulations and quality standards.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for new product development.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into the manufacturing process.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of R&D activities, including formulation, testing results, and project progress reports.Innovation: Drive innovation by exploring new ingredients, technologies, and processes to create unique and competitive products.Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and standards, ensuring all products meet regulatory requirements. the experience Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline.Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in R&D or any relevant experiences.
