Finance Cum Admin

Record/review sales and purchase invoices; arrange payments.
Prepare payment forecasts and Agency SOA and commission calculations.
Monitor AR & AR aging; prepare financial reports.
Handle staff and office insurance (verify staff claims; manage payroll)Reconcile Allegro & Autocount accounts.
Prepare annual budget.
Coordinate with bankers, tax agents, auditors.
Arrange bi-monthly SST payments.
Handle HQ ad-hoc tasks.
Replenish pantry and office supplies.
Replace broken items and staff equipment.
Arrange aircon, networking, and copier maintenance.
Resolve IT/Allegro issues.
Manage courier services.
Organize events and business trips.
Must possess at least Diploma in relevant fieldMinimum 2 years of accounting experience are required for this role.
Proactive, quick-thinking, and positive learning attitude.
Have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and enthusiasm, result-oriented, team-oriented, strong cross-group collaborator.
Bilingual in multi-language to communicate with multinational workforce.
Able to start work within short notice.
