Lead and manage the Group's accounting and financial reporting functions, including annual audits and financial reports.Oversee month-end processes, ensuring general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L statements are completed.Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly/quarterly management accounts.Coordinate the Group's annual budgeting, compile and consolidate budgets, and monitor financial performance against the approved budget.Ensure compliance with financial control procedures, limits of authority, and standard operating procedures.Ensure financial reporting complies with MFRS, Bursa Malaysia, Securities Commission guidelines, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.Manage the company's financial systems and provide performance analysis to the management team.Tax Estimates and Financial Tax Review:Ensure timely monthly and final tax payments.File initial and revised tax estimates for local and overseas subsidiaries on time.Review and approve annual tax computations and notes to accounts.Coordinate with tax agents/internal tax department on all tax matters, including year-end queries.Review tax reports as requested by the group tax department.Review and ensure compliance with SST returns for assigned companies. requirements
