A leading multinational company seeks a Junior/Senior Account Payable Specialist/Analyst to join its Shared Services Centre, handling invoice processing, verification, and payment execution in a timely and accurate manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process PO and non-PO related invoices with accurate coding and approval.
  • Verify invoices, post them in ERP systems, and execute payments according to KPIs and company policies.
  • Achieve agreed KPIs for invoice processing and adhere to established accounting and control policies.
  • Handle critical queries and provide accurate information to country and managers.
  • Identify and develop process improvements plans when required.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent.
  • SAP, Oracle, or relevant ERP knowledge is advantageous.
  • Shared Services background and international MNC experience are prioritized.
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience in AP.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced MNC environment.
