Responsibilities:

  • Creating safety posters for OSHE and SMS
  • Updating the OSHE Hazard Register and SMS Hazard Register
  • Participating in OSHE inspections to ensure workplace compliance with regulations
  • Involvement in safety committee activities and emergency response preparedness
  • Updating the OSHE Management System as needed
  • Organizing safety events like Safety Day, Safety Bulletins, and quizzes
  • Introducing new ideas for digitalizing safety processes
  • Assisting in preparing the workplace for accolades such as the MSOSH Award or audits related to OSHE
  • Promoting safety and health awareness among staff and vendors
  • Offering fresh perspectives and ideas to improve OSHE/Safety management systems

Internship specifics:
