They are seeking for Personal Assistant.

Key Accountabilities:

Manage and maintain the MD's calendar, scheduling appointments, and prioritizing tasks to ensure optimal time management.Coordinate internal and external meetings, handling all logistics to ensure smooth execution. This includes arranging venues, managing invitations, and ensuring necessary materials are prepared.Prepare detailed meeting agendas, take accurate minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion of tasks.Assist with travel planning, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Ensure all travel logistics are efficiently managed and aligned with the MD's schedule.Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external parties, facilitating effective communication and ensuring all stakeholder needs are addressed.Manage personal matters for the MD, including handling personal appointments, errands, and other tasks as required. about the manager/team
