The Regional POD Lead plays a critical role within the programme, responsible for leading and managing the delivery of partner advisory services to our partners. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that our partners receive exceptional, timely, and effective advice and support, ultimately contributing to their success and growth.

In your first few weeks in this Partner Advisory Regional Lead role, you can expect to:

Oversee and manage the entire advisory services delivery process, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and ensure seamless service deliveryEstablish and nurture long-term relationships with our partners, fostering trust and open communicationUnderstand our partners' unique business needs, challenges and objectives to tailor advisory services accordinglyConduct thorough analyses of partners' business operations, identifying areas for improvement and potential risks.
