We havedeveloped a novel wearable device, GATOR PODs, for the knee joint. Thisdevice aims to provide a range of biomechanical measurements, by leveraging amodular and scalable multi-sensor platform. These measurements are used bythe clinician to assess the functional performance of the knee jointaccurately during natural dynamic movement, thereby enabling a range ofclinical applications such as screening, diagnosis support, and recoverytracking.

We areseeking a highly motivated candidate keen on working in healthcare and deeplypassionate about Data to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strongPython skills and be proficient in running existing Python pipelines togenerate reports.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • With the above background, this project willinclude the following deliverables:
  • Execute and oversee existing Python pipelines to generate medical reportsused by doctors to explain patient conditions.
  • Develop test plans and evaluate theperformance of new/updated data processing pipelines
  • Manage timely processing of incoming ordersand maintain detailed records of orders and pipeline activities.
  • Identify and report any bugs encountered inthe pipelines to the software team for resolution.
  • Analyzing data, identifying trends, anddeveloping actionable insights for respective stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Minimum bachelor's degree in computerscience, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.

2.Proficiency in programming, especiallyPython.

3.Excellent organizational skills to manageincoming and outgoing orders efficiently.

4.Knowledge or experience in Biomechanics,Computer Vision concepts and techniques, Statistical Analysis, or Datavisualization will be a bonus but is not a requirement.

5.Strong attention to detail and ability toidentify and report bugs effectively.

6.Prior experience in designing, building, andmaintaining batch and real-time data pipelines is an added advantage.

7.Good teamwork, interpersonal andcommunication skills in English.
