1. To support The Project lead and PMO in PDT's system planning, testing, deployment, implementation, and change management
2. To design and manage the change management plan including tasks such as producing deliverables in line with the project timeline, conducting change impact assessments at the process and sub-process level, and ensuring project plan includes change-related dependencies
3. Conduct change impact analyses and assess change readiness. Evaluate and ensure user adoption and readiness and subsequently identify and manage anticipated resistance
4. Ensure non-core team employee and end-user perspectives are incorporated into the design of the system and process changes
5. Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications delivery to internal stakeholders globally
6. Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of system training programs
7. Identify, contact and build relationships with key stakeholders to educate about the PDT program and its advantages
8. Lead the employee engagement, outreach, and focus groups for end-user input and feedback on the system design and rollout plan
9. Support integration of change management activities into project management plans and activities

Education / Professional Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or any related field. Minimum 10 years of working experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management / program delivery / change management / transformation initiatives.

Professional Experience: Proven track record of driving change management in transformation initiatives. (Digital Transformation Initiatives is a plus). Proficiency in business management, statistics & analytics. In-depth knowledge of models and forecasting. Ability to influence others and achieve common goals. Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically. Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to adopt and drive changes. Great organizational, project, and time management skills.
