Generate Goods Received Notes (GRNs) in the system and reconcile them with purchase invoices.
Engage with vendors to solicit quotes, negotiate pricing terms, and facilitate timely delivery of goods.
Coordinate closely with warehouse personnel to optimize inventory management processes.
Address audit inquiries pertaining to sales and purchasing operations.
Contribute to team efforts in planning workflow enhancements for continuous process improvement.
Undertake additional assignments as delegated by superiors as needed.
