Job Description:

  1. Pupil in Chambers:
    - Assisting partners in drafting cause papers, conveyancing documents and letters under guidance and supervision.
    - Attending Court with partners.
    - Conducting research.
    - Exposure to all areas of practice, i.e., litigation cases, conveyancing and corporate matters.
    - Opportunity to learn by working directly with partners.
    - Working in a conducive and comfortable environment at KLCC area (with parking benefits).
  2. Junior Lawyer (Litigation & Conveyancing):
    - Drafting all cause papers, letters and opinion.
    - Attending Court for case management and hearings.
    - Attending to conveyancing matters.
    - Attending meetings with clients.
    - Conducting research.
    - Working in a conducive and comfortable environment to learn and grow with the firm.
  3. General Clerk:
    - Attend to simple clerical tasks in the office.
    - Assist with office errands and other ad-hoc duties as required.
    - Arranging with dispatch of documents and running daily errands.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Pupil in Chambers & Junior Lawyer:
    - Possesses a professional degree in law.
    - Good analytical and research skills.
    - Good proficiency in English and Malay, ability to read and write in Chinese is an advantage.
    - Hardworking, meticulous and responsible.
    - Independent (not applicable to Pupil in Chambers position), initiative and diligent, with a passion for law.
    - Possesses good interpersonal skills and a team player.
    - Possesses driver's license and own transport.
  2. General Clerk:
    - At least SPM Holder.
    - Basic understanding of English and Malay.
    - Responsible, meticulous and pleasant personality.
