In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our customers' gaming experience by explaining safety and game regulations.
Join us in delivering joy and thrill to our diverse customers in Malaysia, South Korea, Canada, and the United States.

Your responsibilities:

  • Follow standardized operating procedures consistently across all international sites.
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach to ensure satisfaction and positive experiences.
  • Execute assigned tasks responsibly to foster a harmonious work environment.
  • Bring a lively and engaging personality to the role to add energy.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness to create an inviting ambiance.
