Join our team as an Electrical and Instrument Systems Manager and take on the challenge of overseeing and managing the electrical and instrument systems in our plant.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee electrical and instrument systems in the plant, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Develop project scopes, specifications, schedules, and budgets for electrical and instrument system projects.
  • Review and approve design drawings, calculations, and documents, and procure and manage equipment, materials, and services.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and tests, troubleshoot technical problems, and provide technical guidance and training to staff and contractors.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise and train a team of electrical and instrument technicians.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and instrument system issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 6-10 years of experience in plant electrical and instrument systems.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and instrument systems and equipment.
  • Proven experience as electrical and instrumentation manager or another managerial role.
  • Strong background in electrical and instrumentation engineering, as well as managerial and leadership skills.
  • Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
  • Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) certification is a plus.
