Role DescriptionExxonMobil is seeking a passionate individual with a security and control mind-set to join as a Global Security Monitoring Analyst.
The primary responsibility is to ensure the integrity and security of IT systems by monitoring privileged access usage, enforcing compliance with company policies and procedures, and identifying and mitigating risks.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor audit trail reports on Privileged Access usage
Enforce compliance with company policies
Identify and mitigate risks
Develop new policies
Implement automation solutions for IT risk management
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
Proven experience in IT compliance and risk management
Strong understanding of privileged access management
Knowledge of IT policies and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Access, MS SQL, Microsoft Office
Knowledge in SQL database queries, SPLUNK, programming (Python, C)
Experience with Network Security (CISCO), Cloud Computing (Azure, AWS)
Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISA) are a plus.
