Procurement Specialist needed to source materials, negotiate prices, and manage supplier relationships. Responsibilities: • Source material supplier resources based on company needs • Manage supplier relationships through the supplier management process, including: • Conducting supplier basic information surveys • Organizing quality control and engineering to initiate supplier development projects • Requiring suppliers to provide necessary information and documents for release • Arranging for suppliers to send samples for confirmation and tracking the sample confirmation process • Organizing supplier inspections and reviews • Arranging suppliers for small batch trial production and supply • Negotiating and adjusting material prices with suppliers based on market conditions • Creating and modifying material information in the SAP system • Checking purchase orders for consistency with determined prices and shares • Collecting and compiling statistics on raw material procurement and suppliers • Resolving material quality problems and arranging for unqualified material processing • Assisting suppliers with inspection reports and rectification reports • Maintaining procurement-related files and important information • Completing other tasks assigned by the manager Qualifications: • Electronic or mechanical related major, college degree or above • Fluency in English and proficiency in computer office software About the Company: • BizLink is a U.S.-headquartered and vertically integrated manufacturer of interconnect products • With manufacturing in China, Malaysia, Mexico, and the U.S. • Serving customers in industrial, motor vehicle, medical device, IT, Consumer Electronics, Renewable Energy, and other markets • Key customers include Dell, HP, Microsoft, GE Healthcare, Tesla, and Polaris We are always looking for positive business relationships and win-win situations, and have many decades-long supplier partnerships with global leaders in various industries.
