  • Ensure CIMB Banks' strong presence and coverage in targeted projects and geographical areas.
  • Deepen relationships with key referral sources; respond quickly and efficiently to referrals' needs.
  • Prepare creative end-financing proposals.
  • Monitor penetration rate and contribution/performance of sales team of targeted developer and projects approved end-financing scheme. Recommend solution if end-financing penetration is below target.
  • To assist & support sales team in developer tie-up/issue resolution.
  • Any additional tasks given by the management from time to time.
