Responsible to provide end-to-end Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) installation processes including arranging site visit with customers or third-party vendors.
Provide on-site support and training, basic setup and configurations, password resets, product navigational assistance.
Performing test to ensure good internet coverage at customer place and troubleshoot problems if needed.
Provide customer service and outdoor sales, up selling and cross selling Wi-Fi package to customer.
Adhere to SOPs as required by Supervisor.

Minimum qualification:
SPM/CA1C/CA2CMinimum 1 year of experienceAdditional advantage if possess CFOT certificateProcess Own Transport (Car/Motorbikes – Preference will be given for candidate with car)Willing to relocate
