Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Partnership
- Deliver strategic financial support to Business Units, providing timely and effective financial insights and recommendations.

Financial Forecasting and Planning
- Prepare monthly/quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, reviewing financial assumptions and addressing risks/issues.
- Collaborate with Business Units to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.

Financial Performance Analysis
- Ensure accurate and timely closure of financial activities, offering comprehensive analysis of financial performance.
- Provide variance explanations between actual and projected budgets/forecasts, presenting key insights monthly and quarterly.

Data Analytics and Monitoring
- Analyze financial data such as costing, sales, gross profit, opex, etc.
- Monitor operational results including Sales, GP, OPEX, Operating Income, CAPEX, and Working Capital.
- Manage compilation and maintenance of Business Units order books and pipelines.

Financial Reporting and Presentation
- Support month-end closure by providing financial analysis to management.
- Prepare monthly management financial decks, regional management performance decks, and quarterly board decks.

Collaboration and Process Standardization
- Collaborate with Finance leadership, Finance team, and Business Units on monthly/quarterly forecasts and financial strategies alignment.
- Coordinate with Regional FP&A team for standardizing reporting processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or professional qualification in CIMA, ACCA with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict timelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with SunSystem is advantageous.
