Working Hours:

Monday to Friday (Regular hours), one Saturday in Job Descriptions Job Responsibilities01) To assist engineer in work schedule of Housekeeping staffs and workers.02) Coordinate closely with engineers and all related departments.03) Order materials and maintain optimum inventory for the equipments.04) Trouble-shoot and report on facilities and building repairing works.05) Monitor the progress of repairing schedule and milestone.06) Ensure all works and projects are carried out smoothly and efficiently.07) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.08) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.

Job Requirements01) Diploma in Engineering or equivalent from reputable universities.02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.05) Possess sound knowledge in Building plan and building facilities.06) Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
